The present General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are exclusively applicable to T\u00edmea Anik\u00f3 Boros, sole proprietor (registered office: 4032 Debrecen, C\u00edvis utca 2. lh. 9. floor. 78. door; tax no.: 66602950-1-29) for physical well-being, gym services and other services related to sports activities n.e.c. The GTC govern the conditions for ordering and using the services.<\/div>

Order process, contract creation<\/strong><\/div>
You can order services online (website), by phone or in person. A contract is concluded when the service provider confirms the customer's intention to place an order (e.g. by confirmation e-mail or online feedback). The date of the service is mutually agreed between the parties.<\/div>

Payment and delivery terms<\/strong><\/div>
The service can be paid on the spot in cash or online (card payment on the live page).\u00a0<\/div>
The service is deemed to be completed when the payment has been successfully made.<\/div>
\u00a0There is no delivery, as a physical service is provided.<\/div>
The service will be provided if the payment method is successfully used. Delivery terms are not relevant, as services requiring physical presence are provided.<\/div>

Right of withdrawal and how to exercise it for individual buyers<\/strong><\/div>
Private customers may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days before the start of the service, by notifying the service provider in writing (by e-mail or by post). Once the service has started, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.<\/div>

Warranty, guarantee, complaint handling<\/strong><\/div>
The service provider undertakes to provide the service in accordance with the contract and the professional rules. Complaints about the quality of the service may be communicated in writing (e-mail or letter) to the service provider, who shall investigate and provide a substantive reply within 30 days.<\/div>

The service provider handles the personal data of customers in accordance with the Privacy Policy, ensuring the protection of the GDPR and the rights of data subjects.Dispute resolutionThe primary competent court for the resolution of any disputes between the service provider and the customer is a conciliation body and a court of Debrecen.
